Bought ink as postage machine indicated was "low". Ordered the cartridge, then noticed it wasn't the one I was searching for (larger ink tank). Emailed right back to tell them my mistake, and they practically had the order out the door already (seriously, I saw mistake right after I sent order). They did not sell the higher capacity cartridge. The cartridge fits my machine, and as I got such a good price, plus 10% off, I will try it when my ink is out.  So, in a nutshell, great service! Would give 5 stars except I havent used the product yet...
